BChE-IN-33

BChE-IN-33 (compound 4r), an arylaminonaphthol derivative, is a potent butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) inhibitor with an IC50 of 14.78 µM. BChE-IN-33 also inhibits CYP2C19, CYP2C9, CYP2D6. BChE-IN-33 shows potent antioxidant activity with IC50 values of 150.48 μM, 2.56 μM and 4.61 μM by DPPH, ABTS, Ferric-phenanthroline assay, respectively. BChE-IN-33 has the potential for Alzheimer research[1].
