TRAM-34
TRAM-34 is a highly selective blocker of intermediate conductance Ca2+-activated K+ channels (KCa3.1) (Kd = 20 nM) . Exhibits 200-1500-fold selectivity over KV, BKCa, KCa2, Na+, CRAC and Cl- channels. Suppresses the reactivation of lymphocytes by mitogenic stimuli, and does not block cytochrome P450.
