Oxymetholone
Oxymetholone is a synthetic hormone with anabolic and androgenic properties. It is used mainly in the treatment of anemias. Oxymetholone, marketed as Anadrol and Anapolon, is a synthetic anabolic steroid. Its primary clinical applications include treatment of osteoporosis and anaemia, as well as stimulating muscle growth in malnourished or underdeveloped patients. Oxymetholone is discontinued (DEA controlled substance) .
