Specificity
This item is specific for mouse IgM mu chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-goat serum, mouse IgM and mouse serum. Minimal reactivity with murine kappa light chains has been observed.
