Bivalirudin
Bivalirudin is a reversible inhibitor of α- and ζ-thrombin (Kis = 2.56 and 1.84 nM respectively) enzymes that exhibit high fibrinogen-clotting activities. (In Vivo) :Bivalirudin (2 mg/kg) delays both the time for appearance of first thrombus and the time for occlusion in P2Y12+/+ arteries, although neither prevented vessel occlusion.
