Specificity
This item recognises both the 2.5S and 7S forms of mouse nerve growth factor beta, a secreted peptide involved in the development and maintenance of the sympathetic and sensory nervous systems.In a standard bioassay, this antibody neutralises the activity of 3.0 ng/ml NGF 2.5S when used at a concentration of around 0.5 ug/ml.
