Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. This item is specific for defender of apoptotic cell death 1 (DAD1). <br> <br>DAD1 was discovered as a negative regulator of programmed cell death, and has since been identified as a subunit of the mammalian oligosaccharyltransferase complex (OCT). DAD1 is required for the function and structural integrity of OCT.
