This item is specific for Integrin alpha 9/ beta 1, a receptor for VCAM1, cytotactin and osteopontin. In functional applications this clone has been shown to cause 100% inhibition of ?9ß1-mediated adhesion to the third fibronectin type III repeat in tenascin at <10ug/ml.
