This item reacts with human tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha), a secreted cytokine that induces cell death in a number of tumour cell lines. This antibody does not react with human tumour necrosis factor beta (TNF beta/lymphotoxin).50ng of antibody is required to neutralise 1 unit of TNF alpha.
