It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt. When thawed, liquot the sample as needed.<br>Keep aliquots at 2-8°C for short term use (up to 4 weeks) and store the remaining aliquots at -20°C.<br>Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.

Mouse anti Human Alkaline Phosphatase antibody, clone BGN/03/662 recognizes bone specific alkaline phosphatase, a tetrameric glycoprotein found on the surface of oseoblast cells. It is normally present in high concentrations in growing bone and in bile and is released into the blood during injury and bone growth. Elevated levels can infer several conditions including Paget's disease and osteocarcinoma.
