Vonafexor
Vonafexor (EYP001) is a selective FXR agonist with anti-HBV effects. (In Vitro) :Vonafexor (EYP001) inhibits the HBV replication cycle in HepaRG cells resulting in significant reductions in HBV DNA, HBsAg and HBeAg secretion, with additive effects when combined with Entecavir (HY-13623) or Tenofovir (HY-13910) .
