Seneciphylline
Seneciphylline is a toxic pyrrolizidine alkaloid in Senecio plants. Seneciphylline significantly increases the activities of epoxide hydrase and glutathione-S-transferase but causes reduction of cytochrome P-450 and related monooxygenase activities.
