Testolactone
Testolactone is an aromatase inhibitor, blocks conversion of androgens to estrogens.It is progesterone derivative with antineoplastic activity. Testolactone inhibits steroid aromatase, thereby preventing the formation of estrogen from adrenal androstenedione and reducing endogenous estrogen levels.
