TCCR (CT) [This rabbit antibody recognizes an epitope of aa 611-625 at the C-terminus of human TCCR (T Cell Cytokine Receptor).]<br>This antibody recognizes an epitope at the C-terminus of human TCCR (T Cell Cytokine Receptor), a member of the type I cytokine receptor family. TCCR deficient mice have impaired responses of T helper cells (Th1) to protein antigens including decreased levels of IFN- gamma and Th1-dependent antibody production. TCCR is predominantly expressed in thymus, spleen, lymph nodes, and peripheral blood lymphocytes.
