PERP [This rabbit antibody recognizes aa 175-193 of human PERP, a plasma membrane protein involved in the p53 network.]<br>This antibody recognizes human PERP, a plasma membrane protein involved in the p53 network. p53 binds to the promoter of PERP and transcriptionally activates the PERP gene; the translated PERP protein mediates p53-induced apoptosis leading to cell death.
