Specificity

IL-22R (CT) [This rabbit antibody recognizes an epitope of aa 560-574 at the C-terminus of human and rabbit IL-22R, the receptor for IL-22.]<br>This antibody recognizes an epitope at the C-terminus of human IL-22R, the receptor for IL-22. IL-22R complexes with IL-10 receptor gamma chain and mediates IL-22 signaling. IL-22 and its receptor activate the JAK-STAT signaling pathway. IL-22R is expressed in normal liver and kidney and in the cell lines HepG2 and TK-10.
