Specificity
Anti-Cyclin E2 [Rabbit antibody to peptide corresponding to aa 2-15 of human cyclin E2]<br>This antibody recognizes human cyclin E2, a protein (approx. 42 kD) that is elevated in cells that express a papilloma viral oncogene. It interacts with cdk inhibitors of the CIP/KIP family and activates cdk2 and cdk3. Cyclin E2 and cyclin E1 are highly homologous.
