APRIL (ED2) [This rabbit antibody recognizes aa 196-210 of human APRIL (A Proliferation-Inducing Ligand), a novel member of the TNF family.]<br>This antibody recognizes human APRIL (A Proliferation-Inducing Ligand), a novel member of the TNF family. Two receptors for APRIL, TACI and BCMA were recently identified. APRIL stimulates B and T cell proliferation, triggers humoral immune responses, activates NF- kappa B, and induces cell death. APRIL is associated with autoimmune diseases and cancer.
