Specificity
This antibody recognizes Abeta1-16 as well as other Abeta peptides: Abeta37, Abeta38, Abeta39, Abeta40, and Abeta42. NOTE: When administered to young Tg2576 mice with minimal Abeta deposition and to older mice with higher Abeta loads, this antibody reduced Abeta accumulation in the brain.
