Anti-RbAp48 [Murine MAb to GST fusion protein corresponding to aa 1-425 of human RbAp48, a 48 kD nuclear protein that interacts with retinoblastoma protein. MAb recognizes the 48 kD and 46 kD forms.]<br>This antibody recognizes full-length human RbAp48 (48 kD) and RbAp46 (46 kD), nuclear proteins first identified by their ability to interact with the Cterminus of retinoblastoma protein (Rb). The amino acid sequences of RbAp48 and RbAp46 are highly homologous Both Rb Ap48 and RbAp46 interact with human histone deacetlyase Hd1 and can bind to histone H4.
