Specificity

Anti-RbAp48 [Murine MAb to GST fusion protein corresponding to aa 1-425 of human RbAp48, a 48 kD nuclear protein that interacts with retinoblastoma protein.]<br>This antibody recognizes full-length human RbAp48, a 48 kD nuclear protein first identified by its ability to interact with the C-terminus of retinoblastoma protein (Rb). RbAp48 is a subunit of human histone deacetylase HD1 and can bind to histone H4.
