Specificity
Anti-Myelin Basic Protein [Murine MAb recognizes residues 130-136 in myellin basic protein of multiple species.]<br>This antibody reacts with residues 130-136 in human myelin basic protein (21.5 kD and 18.5 kD molecular forms). It also recognizes primate, rabbit, sheep, goat, rat, and mouse myelin basic protein. ELISA titer = 1: 64,000.
