Toyocamycin
Toyocamycin is an adenosine analog produced by Actinomycete, acts as an XBP1 inhibitor, inhibits IRE1α-induced ATP-dependent XBP1 mRNA cleavage (IC50: 80 nM) . Toyocamycin induces apoptosis.
