ECL1i TFA
ECL1i TFA is an allosteric, selective CCR2 inhibitor. It specifically inhibits CCL2-/CCR2-mediated chemotaxis. ECL1i TFA can interfere with the recruitment of CCR2-positive cells and mitigate the progression of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis.
