Cyclic αvβ6

Cyclicαvβ6 (Compound c (FRGDLAFp (NMe) K) ) is a cyclic nonapeptide specifically targeting the αvβ6 integrin. It can be conjugated with 68Ga-labeled triazacyclononane-triphosphinate (TRAP) . Cyclicαvβ6 is used for PET imaging studies of cancers, including head and neck cancer and pancreatic cancer.
