LipopeptideCPK4 TFA is a cholesterol-modified peptide K4 [ (KIAALKE) 3]. Upon binding with liposomes, LipopeptideCPK4 TFA can form a coiled-coil structure. It can facilitate the fusion of liposomes with live cell membranes and efficiently deliver various compounds to the cytoplasm, including fluorescent dyes Propidium Iodide (PI) and TO-PRO-3 iodide, as well as Doxorubicin (DOX) .
