COG112

COG112 is an apoE mimetic peptide linked with antennapedia. It can reduce the induction of nitric oxide (NO) and inhibit the chemokines KC and MIP-2. COG112 decreases the nuclear translocation of NF-κB and inhibits the phosphorylation and degradation of IκB-α. Additionally, COG112 suppresses the inflammatory response to Citrobacter rodentium in mice.
