Ac-RGDS-NH2
Ac-RGDS-NH2 is a tetrapeptide that serves as an integrin (Integrin) antagonist. It competitively binds to the GPIIb/IIIa receptor (Ki= 4.2 μM), thereby inhibiting the binding of fibrinogen to platelets, effectively reducing platelet aggregation. Ac-RGDS-NH2 is useful in thrombus research.
