ABri
ABri, a 34-amino acid amyloid (Amyloid) subunit, exhibits heterogeneity at its N-terminal and C-terminal ends and has no sequence identity with any known amyloid proteins. It lacks glycine, methionine, proline, aspartic acid, tryptophan, tyrosine, and glutamine, with pyroglutamic acid present at the N-terminus. ABri is applicable in research related to cerebral hemorrhage, ischemic stroke, and Alzheimer's disease.
