DBCO-tag peptide P1

DBCO-tag peptide P1 is a cysteine-containing peptide tag that selectively reacts with dibenzocyclooctyne (DBCO) to form a stable dibenzocyclooctenyl thioether. This peptide allows for site-specific labeling of mEGFP and antibodies (such as Trastuzumab) without affecting protein binding function. DBCO-tag peptide P1 is useful for ADC synthesis and mEGFP labeling research.
