EBNA-1 (386–405 aa)

EBNA-1 (386-405 aa) is a cross-reactive viral antigen peptide. It shares significant molecular similarity with GlialCAM (370-389 aa), which leads to the induction of cross-reactive antibodies that recognize both EBV antigens and central nervous system glial cells, potentially triggering autoimmune responses. EBNA-1 (386-405 aa) is used in research on Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infections and multiple sclerosis (MS) .
