Mouse IL-22 Protein, His tag (Animal-Free)
Interleukin 22 (IL-22) is an α-helical cytokine, predicts a molecular mass of 16.9 kDa. It is produced by T-helper (Th) -17 cells, γδ T cells, NKT cells and newly described innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) . Effects involve stimulation of cell survival, proliferation and synthesis of antimicrobials including S110, Reg3β, Reg3γ and defensins.

Lyophilized protein product should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution, the protein should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (5% HSA,10% FBS or 0.1%BSA) . Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
