BMP-4 acetate
BMP-4 acetate is a heparin-binding peptide with anti-inflammatory and anti-chondrogenic properties. In mouse chondrocytes and macrophages, it effectively suppresses inflammation and alleviates various arthritis symptoms by regulating the iNOS-IFN-IL6 signaling pathway, thereby inhibiting the expression of inflammatory proteins such as iNOS, COX2, IFN, and IL6.
