TRPV1-Tat
TRPV1-Tat is an antagonist peptide that merges the cell-penetrating peptide Tat with TRPV1 (transient receptor potential vanilloid subtype 1) . By competitively binding to the AKAP79 site on TRPV1, TRPV1-Tat obstructs the phosphorylation process, thereby reducing TRPV1 sensitization. It is applicable in studies related to inflammatory pain.
