OXM-7 is a dual agonist of GLP-1R (EC50=0.024 nM) and GCGR (EC50=0.082 nM) . It enhances glucose-stimulated insulin secretion and hepatic glucose output, which helps lower blood glucose levels and improve lipid metabolism.
