SRP54 is an important component of the signal recognition particle (SRP) complex that drives co-translational targeting of secreted proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) . SRP54 cooperates with the SRP receptor (SR) component SRPRA to bind to signal sequences on emerging ribosomal proteins. SRP54 Protein, Human (sf9, His) is the recombinant human-derived SRP54 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His labeled tag.
