Recombinant Human IgM Anti-nCOV-19 Nucleocapsid Protein mAb

Store at 2-8 °C for short term. Long-term storage at -20 degrees C. Preparing antibody stock solutions is recommended before freezing. Antibody stock solutions can be prepared by diluting antibody at 1-10 ug/ml in 1% BSA/PBS, aliquoting into vials and storing frozen at 20 degrees C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaws. If the working solution is under 1 ug/ml and stored at 4 degrees C, use within 24 hours after preparing working solutions of 1 ug/ml or less.

It binds with anti-human IgM Ab, also specifically binds the amino acids 1-419 in the nucleocapsid phosphoprotein of the nCOV (Wuhan strain). Excellent for positive control as standard and calibrators used in immunoassay. May not be suitable for double antigen test, since it is monoclonal Ab. Better used for full length nucleocapsid or N-terminus nucleocapsid amino acids, no reaction for C-terminus of nucleocapsid protein.
