Ac-DEVD-CHO TFA
Ac-DEVD-CHO (TFA) is a peptide inhibitor of caspase-3 (Ki=230 pM) and caspase-7. It reduces caspase-3 activity and apoptosis (apoptosis) induced by Prostaglandin E2 in rat cortical neurons. Ac-DEVD-CHO (TFA) shows potential for research in neurodegenerative diseases and cancer.
