(Regularly tested) . Cell Based Assay: Measured by its ability to induce IL-11 secretion by Saos‐2 human osteosarcoma cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.3-1.5 ng/ml (QC verified) . Mouse bile duct organoids were cultured with EGF (Cat#orb3002493), R-spondin 1 (Cat#orb3002497), FGF-10 (Cat#orb3002478) and HGF (Cat#orb3002483) . The organoids showed good morphology.
