Recombinant Human HGF Protein

BLI: Loaded Recombinant Human HGF (C-6His) (Cat#orb3002483) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Ficlatuzumab with an affinity constant of 5.50 pM as determined in BLI assay. (Regularly tested) Loaded Recombinant Human HGF (C-6His) (Cat#orb3002483) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Rilotumumab with an affinity constant of 6.66 pM as determined in BLI assay. (Regularly tested) . Cell Based Assay: Measured by its ability to induce IL-11 secretion by Saos‐2 human osteosarcoma cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.3-1.5 ng/ml (QC verified) . Mouse bile duct organoids were cultured with EGF (Cat#orb3002493), R-spondin 1 (Cat#orb3002497), FGF-10 (Cat#orb3002478) and HGF (Cat#orb3002483) . The organoids showed good morphology.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
