Recombinant Human TGFBR2 Protein

BLI: Loaded Biotinylated Human TGF-beta 1 (Cat#orb3002438) on SA Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human TGFBR2 (Cat#orb3002421) with an affinity constant of 0.927nM as determined in BLI assay. (Regularly tested) Loaded Biotinylated Human TGF-beta 3 (Cat#orb2993088) on SA Biosensor, can bind Human TGFBR2-Fc (Cat#orb3002421) with an affinity constant of 0.38 nM as determined in BLI assay. (Regularly tested) . Cell Based Assay: Measured by its ability to inhibit TGF-beta 1 activity on TF‐1 human erythroleukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 18.41 ng/ml in the presence of 100pg/ml of recombinant human TGF-beta 1. (Regularly tested)

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
