BLI: Loaded Biotinylated Human IL-17RA-His-Avi (Cat#orb2993686) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Human IL-17F (Cat#orb2995245) with an affinity constant of 0.56 uM nM as determined in BLI assay. Loaded Biotinylated Human IL-17RA-Fc (Cat#orb2993676) on Pro A Biosensor, can bind Human IL-17F (Cat#orb2995245) with an affinity constant of 0.15uM as determined in BLI assay.. Cell Based Assay: Measured by its ability to induce IL-6 secretion by NIH‐3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is 5-40 ng/ml.
