BLI: Loaded Rat IL-2-His (Cat#orb3002341) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Mouse IL-2RA-Fc (Cat#orb2994437) with an affinity constant of 0.63 nM as determined in BLI assay. Loaded Human IL-2-His (Cat#orb3002442) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Mouse IL-2RA-Fc (Cat#orb2994437) with an affinity constant of 0.7 nM as determined in BLI assay. Loaded Biotinylated Human IL-2-His-Avi (Cat#orb2993791) on SA Biosensor, can bind Mouse IL-2RA-Fc (Cat#orb2994437) with an affinity constant of 1.18 nM as determined in BLI assay.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
