(Regularly tested) Loaded Human CD40-His (Cat#orb2995146) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Human CD40L-mFc (Cat#orb2993921) with an affinity constant of 4.21 nM as determined in BLI assay. Loaded Cynomolgus CD40-His (Cat#orb2994787) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Human CD40L-mFc (Cat#orb2993921) with an affinity constant of 3.62 nM as determined in BLI assay.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
