BLI: Loaded Human BCMA-His (Cat#orb2993882) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Mouse BAFF-mFc (Cat#orb2993780) with an affinity constant of 1.58 nM as determined in BLI assay. Loaded Cynomolgus BCMA-His (Cat#orb2993878) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Mouse BAFF-mFc (Cat#orb2993780) with an affinity constant of 0.32 nM as determined in BLI assay. Loaded Human BCMA-His (Cat#orb2994719) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Mouse BAFF-mFc (Cat#orb2993780) with an affinity constant of -3 nM as determined in BLI assay.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
