BLI: Loaded Human BCMA-Fc (Cat#orb2994162) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human BAFF-His (Cat#orb2993924) with an affinity constant of 0.02 nM as determined in BLI assay. Loaded Human BCMA-mFc (Cat#orb2994062) on AMC Biosensor, can bind Human BAFF-His (Cat#orb2993924) with an affinity constant of 0.001 nM as determined in BLI assay.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
