Recombinant Human TNF RI Protein

BLI: Loaded Recombinant Human TNF RI (C-Fc) (Cat#orb2994315) on Pro-A Biosensor, can bind Recombinant Human TNF alpha (Cat#orb3002485) with an affinity constant of 1.252 pM as determined in BLI assay. (Regularly tested) . Cell Based Assay: Measured by its ability to induce NF-κB reporter activity in HEK293 human embryonic kidney cells. Recombinant Human TNF RI (Cat# orb2994315) inhibits a constant dose of 0.5ng/mL of Recombinant TNF alpha (Cat#orb3002485) . The IC50 for this effect is 2.7 ng/mL. (Regularly tested)

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 3 months.
