Flow Cytometry: Bioactivity of CHO-Anti BCMA stable cell line (Cat#Xorb2994446) and BMCA protein (Cat#orb2994162) was detected. 3x105/test blank cells or Xorb2994446 were incubated with BCMA (Cat#orb2994162) and then tested for their specific binding activity. Bioactivity of CHO-Anti BCMA stable cell line (Cat#Xorb2994446) and FTIC-Labeled BMCA (Cat#orb2992829) was detected. 3x105/test blank cells or Xorb2994446 were incubated with FITC-Labeled BCMA (Cat#orb2992829) and then tested for their specific binding activity.

Lyophilized protein should be stored at ≤ -20°C, stable for one year after receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days. Aliquots of reconstituted samples are stable at ≤ -20°C for 1 months.
