Goat anti-NAT1 (aa272-286) Antibody
Goat polyclonal antibody to NAT1, which is a member of the arylamine N-acetyltransferase family. It functions in the detoxification of a plethora of hydrazine and arylamine drugs. It catalyzes the N- or O-acetylation of various arylamine and heterocyclic amine substrates and is able to bioactivate several known carcinogens. This enzyme helps metabolize drugs and other xenobiotics, and functions in folate catabolism.
