Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human CCR1 at 10 μg/mL can bind Anti-CCR1 recombinant antibody. The EC50 is 9.690-10.94 ng/mL. The VLPs is negative control.

The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself. Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.

Please reconstitute protein indeionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.Aliquot for long-term storage at -80°C.
